Julio Carrera serves as Senior Technical Recruiter at TriEdge Investments, where he partners with founders, executives, and portfolio leadership to build high-performing teams across engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, and product. He oversees full-cycle recruiting, drives talent strategy, and helps portfolio companies attract top technical talent.
Before joining TriEdge, Julio played a key role in helping high-growth tech startups evolve from concept to fully staffed teams. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully scaled data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, and product disciplines.
Julio is passionate about developing recruiting systems that integrate analytics, strategy, and human connection. At TriEdge, he focuses on building the firm’s recruiting infrastructure and supporting portfolio companies through periods of rapid growth.
Lloyd Goulbourne

Lloyd Goulbourne is the Head of Technology Operations and Information Security at Triedge. He is responsible for the firm’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and operational technology strategy across the platform and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Triedge, Lloyd held senior technology leadership roles within the financial services sector, including at Citadel and Verition, where he led enterprise IT, information security, and infrastructure initiatives supporting global, highly regulated organizations.

Heather Haigh is Chief People Officer at TriEdge Investments, where she oversees the firm’s people strategy, organizational development, and employee experience. As a member of the leadership team, she partners closely with executives across the portfolio to build high-performing teams, scale HR operations, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Heather brings over 20 years of experience across HR operations, compensation, benefits strategy, organizational design and development, coaching and global expansion and mobility. She has held senior leadership roles at SLR Capital Partners, Capstone Investment Advisors, and Point72 Asset Management, where she built scalable people frameworks and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Plymouth State University.

David Huang is VP of Technology on the Mongoose team at TriEdge Investments, where he leads the development of AI-powered technology solutions across the firm's healthcare portfolio companies. He brings extensive experience building high-performing engineering teams and cloud-native platforms at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and financial services.
Before joining TriEdge, David served as Chief Technology Officer at NEOS Life, one of Australia's fastest-growing life insurance companies, where he also led its technology subsidiary as CEO. He pioneered the adoption of generative AI across underwriting, risk management, and customer operations. Under his technology leadership, NEOS was named AFA Platinum Life Insurer of the Year and received the Celent Model Insurer Award for Digital and Emerging Technologies. Earlier in his career, David was the CTO at harrison.ai, one of the world's leading healthcare AI company developing AI-powered diagnostic solutions for radiology and pathology, using deep learning and neural networks. He is a recognized industry thought leader and has presented at ITC, InsurTechLIVE, AWS re-invent and the AWS Financial Services Industry Symposium.
Simcha Hyman

Simcha Hyman is the Chief Executive Officer of TriEdge Investments where he leads capital allocation and the strategic direction of the firm. Additionally, together with his wife Rachel, he spearheads TriEdge Impact, the philanthropic division of the firm, which focuses on poverty, health, education and causes affecting the Jewish community. Simcha began his career in finance, then transitioned to a role in the purchasing department of a DME company and went on to found a medical supplies company, eventually investing in senior housing and the broader continuum of care.
John Kay

John Kay serves as Director of Technical Recruiting at TriEdge Investments, leading hiring across TriEdge’s portfolio of AI-driven ventures, including Hypha, Arbiter, and Anthuria, as well as the internal forward-deployed engineering team, Mongoose. He partners directly with founders and technical leaders to build world-class engineering, data, and product teams capable of scaling complex systems in healthcare, finance, and emerging technology. At TriEdge, John is focused on expanding the recruiting organization, building AI-enabled talent systems, and shaping a unified brand that attracts world-class builders who want their work to matter.
Before joining TriEdge, John led engineering recruiting for Oscar Health, where he scaled multiple engineering disciplines, including AI, Product Development, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure. His earlier career includes leading high-touch recruiting teams for global staffing and consulting firms, where he specialized in matching technical talent to mission-driven work.
Dan Levy

Dan Levy is a Senior Associate on the Investment team, responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring. Prior to TriEdge, he was an Associate at MBF Healthcare Partners in Miami, focusing on investments across the healthcare services landscape. Before MBF, Dan worked as an analyst at Jefferies, where he supported mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. He holds a BA from Kenyon College.
Craig Malveux

Craig serves as a Technical Recruiting Sourcer at TriEdge Investments, where he focuses on top-of-funnel talent initiatives for internal hiring as well as recruitment efforts across the firm’s portfolio companies. His work supports TriEdge’s mission to scale high-performing teams and strengthen organizational growth within its investment ecosystem.
Prior to joining TriEdge, Craig held technical and full-cycle recruiting roles at Amazon, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Kforce, a recruiting and staffing firm. Across these organizations, he specialized in recruiting principal and senior-level Product Management, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Software Engineering and Applied Scientist talent. Craig brings a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to recruiting and builds diverse, high-quality candidate pools and pipelines.
Craig holds an MBA and an MS in Sport Management from the University of Central Florida as well as a BA in Mass Communication with a concentration in journalism from Loyola University New Orleans. He is SHRM-CP certified.
Lukasz Mosakowski

Lukasz is the General Manager of the Mongoose Team, TriEdge's forward-deployed engineering team that accelerates portfolio companies through focused, pragmatic SaaS and AI solutions. Designed for speed and real impact, the team embeds deeply in businesses to uncover leverage and drive scalable commercial results. Lukasz has spent over a decade leading product teams that integrate complex systems, algorithms, and operations into coherent, intuitive user experiences. He most recently led Oscar Health's digital consumer and customer service experiences, search and AI cross-functional teams prior to TriEdge. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Physics at Princeton University.

Phoebe Pantazis is Head of Talent at TriEdge Investments, where she leads the firm’s recruiting, onboarding, and people development initiatives. She partners closely with leadership across TriEdge and its portfolio companies to attract exceptional talent, scale HR infrastructure, and strengthen culture across a growing ecosystem of investment and technology ventures.
Prior to joining TriEdge, Phoebe served as Vice President of Human Resources at Lead Edge Capital, a $5 B+ growth equity firm, where she established and scaled the HR and recruiting function. She previously held leadership roles in operations and human resources at Trilantic Capital Partners and Wafra Capital Partners.
Phoebe holds an M.A. in Leadership and Management from Concordia University and a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College. She is SHRM-SCP and HOGAN certified.
Eli Plutchok

Eli Plutchok serves as Fullstack AI Engineer at TriEdge Investments, developing custom automation and data solutions across the firm’s portfolio companies. His work focuses on integrating modern AI capabilities into real-world business operations, with a particular interest in context engineering, backend mechanics, and intelligent UI design.
Before joining TriEdge, Eli worked in marketing and product development, where he developed a strong understanding of user experience and strategic product execution. He brings that perspective into his technical work, building systems that are both powerful and practical.
Eli is passionate about advancing TriEdge’s AI initiatives and exploring how emerging technologies can streamline operations and enhance decision-making across the organization.
Kayla Povarsky

Kayla Povarsky is a Data Science Engineer on the Mongoose Team at TriEdge Investments. Fueled by a drive for solutioning and a passion for learning, Kayla focuses on understanding the business of individual portfolio companies within the broader healthcare landscape. By blending conversations with industry experts, interviews with employees, and continual research, she builds data- and technology-driven solutions that are designed to scale beyond the immediate business problem. Before joining TriEdge, Kayla spent five years at UBS Asset Management, first as a Data Scientist on its investment data science team and later as a Portfolio Manager for tax-aware strategies.
Brandon Samphire

Brandon serves as a Technical Recruiting Sourcer at TriEdge Investments, where he leads top-of-funnel talent initiatives for internal hiring as well as recruitment efforts across the firm’s portfolio companies. His work supports TriEdge’s mission to scale high-performing teams and strengthen organizational growth within its investment ecosystem.
Prior to joining TriEdge, Brandon held recruiting roles at Amazon, Riot Games, and Phamily, a healthcare technology startup. At Amazon, he ranked among the top five performers on a forty-member recruiting team, successfully placing seven candidates within his first five months. His experience spans corporate, technical, and startup environments, bringing a well-rounded approach to talent acquisition.
At TriEdge, Brandon is focused on formalizing sourcing and recruiting practices to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across all hiring initiatives.
Nate Samuels

Nate Samuels serves as Vice President of Portfolio Growth at TriEdge Investments, where he leads growth efforts and infrastructure development across the firm’s healthcare portfolio. He brings a rare combination of deep healthcare fluency and extensive operating experience to the team, partnering with portfolio companies to shape and execute their marketing strategies and broader growth missions.
Prior to joining TriEdge, Nate spent over 15 years at Centers Health Care, most recently as Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, he was a key architect in the expansion of one of the largest post-acute care continuums in the Northeast. Beyond the core facilities, Nate was instrumental in building out the firm’s ancillary healthcare companies, focusing on the business development and operational accountability needed to scale them into market leaders.
At TriEdge, Nate applies his "ground-up" operational mindset to ensure every healthcare investment has the strategic support and infrastructure required for sustainable, generational impact. A resident of Suffern, NY, he serves on the board of the Montefiore Nyack Foundation. Outside of the office, Nate is a passionate New York Rangers fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Mollie Savit

Mollie serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at TriEdge Investments, overseeing day-to-day office functions and providing direct support to the leadership team, including the CEO and Chief People Officer.
Before joining TriEdge, Mollie worked on the Workplace Operations team at CLEAR, where she honed her skills in facilities, operations, and employee experience. She also brings a creative background rooted in the health, wellness, and beauty sectors, which shapes her people-centric approach to operational excellence. Mollie is focused on scaling TriEdge’s operations and strengthening its culture.
Isaac Schecter

Isaac Schecter serves as Vice President of Portfolio Growth at TriEdge Investments, where he leads go-to-market strategy and strategic initiatives to support expansion and value creation across the firm’s portfolio companies. He works closely with executive leadership and operating teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and enhance performance.
Prior to joining TriEdge Investments, Isaac held senior growth and operations roles at Morgan & Morgan, a national law firm, where he founded and led the firm’s B2B organization, The Morgan Connection. In this role, he developed and executed go-to-market strategies, built and scaled strategic partnerships, and supported expansion across 26 states.
Isaac also brings experience in healthcare organizations, where he supported business development efforts and operational growth initiatives.
At TriEdge, Isaac applies a structured, results-driven approach to portfolio growth, aligning strategic objectives with operational execution to drive long-term value.
Daniel Schultz

Dan Schultz leads origination efforts for TriEdge, sourcing healthcare deals and partnering with the investment team to evaluate new opportunities.
Before joining TriEdge, Dan was Managing Director of Business Development at Webster Equity Partners, where he sourced and evaluated investments across the healthcare and branded consumer sectors. Prior to Webster, he served as Director of Business Development at Capstone Partners, overseeing firmwide business development and research initiatives across seven industry groups and more than 30 sectors. Earlier in his career, Dan worked as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Headwaters MB and as an auditor and national accounting researcher at Ernst & Young.
He holds a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA/MAcc from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Shimon Senderowitz

Shimon Senderowitz is Head of Product at Mongoose, TriEdge's forward-deployed engineering team that accelerates portfolio companies through focused, pragmatic SaaS and AI solutions. Designed for speed and real impact, the team embeds deeply in businesses to uncover leverage and drive scalable commercial results.
Prior to TriEdge, Shimon was Chief Product Officer for National Accounts at ADP, following leadership roles at BlackRock and Goldman Sachs focused on technology, analytics, and digital transformation.
Ava Shapiro

Ava Shapiro is a People Analyst at TriEdge Investments, where she supports the company’s HR and recruiting functions across its portfolio companies. She focuses on streamlining people operations to create an organized, efficient, and positive employee experience.
Before joining TriEdge, Ava began her career as a Recruiting Coordinator at CLEAR, where she scheduled and coordinated corporate interviews across all departments and supported the company’s fast-growing talent operations.
At TriEdge, Ava is passionate about building a thoughtful and seamless work experience, caring for employees’ needs, and contributing to a collaborative, well-run environment.
Ava holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Minor in Writing from the University of Michigan and a certification in Fashion Business Essentials from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Aditya (Adi) Srivatsan

Aditya Srivatsan a Senior Associate on the portfolio operations team at TriEdge Investments. He partners closely with leadership teams across pharmacy, senior care, and home health platforms to drive AI-enabled value creation across operations, GTM strategy, and enterprise growth. His work spans executive team buildout, performance management, automation through internal development and vendor partnerships, and commercial scale-up.
Before joining TriEdge, Aditya spent six years at McKinsey & Company, where he led 20+ healthcare private equity diligences for assets ranging from $50M to $2B in revenue. His experience includes sectors such as care management, health technology, member engagement, and specialty pharmacy. He also advised portfolio companies on exit strategy, supporting five successful transactions through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or market expansion.
Aditya holds a master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is passionate about scaling value across the firm’s platform and venture investments.
Penina Stern

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Penina brings deep expertise in financial management, investor relations, and strategic consulting across a range of industries. As a Certified Public Accountant (NY), her background spans the full spectrum of financial operations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of how to build, optimize, and lead high performing finance functions.
Throughout her career, Penina has led teams and developed complete financial processes from inception to execution, driving operational efficiency and ensuring financial accuracy. She is highly skilled in designing and advising on financial systems and controls that enhance transparency, precision, and strategic decision making.
As a trusted consultant to executives and investors alike, Penina combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to bridge the gap between financial performance and business strategy, particularly at the intersection of the healthcare and technology sectors. Her approach emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and long term value creation. Penina will be handling controller responsibilities for the foundation.
Zahava Tenembaum

Zahava Tenembaum serves as a consultant to TriEdge, partnering closely with Simcha Hyman to provide executive assistant and office-management consulting. She supports seamless communication, coordinates foundation initiatives, and assists in planning key corporate and personal events.
Having worked alongside Simcha as his Executive Assistant for five years, Zahava brings a deep understanding of his leadership style and operations—insight she now uses to support and strengthen his current team. With a background in Psychology, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership support and organizational culture.
Zahava is focused on advancing Simcha and Rachel Hyman’s philanthropic vision and fostering a positive, connected company culture.

Friya Zhang serves as Controller at TriEdge Investments, where she oversees accounting and finance across the firm and its portfolio of AI-driven ventures. She partners closely with the leadership team to implement scalable financial infrastructure, streamline reporting and processes, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Friya brings a full suite of accounting and finance experience, both in-house and as a trusted advisor. Before joining TriEdge, she was a Senior Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY, advising CFOs, CAOs, and Controllers on complex matters related to multi-billion-dollar transactions, financial reporting, and technical accounting across various sectors. She was also part of the founding FP&A team at Galaxy Digital, where she helped establish P&L management, planning and forecasting, valuation, and U.S. listing processes for both the corporate and all business units. Along with her earlier experience in audit and internal controls, she is able to bridge strategic and operational perspectives to build high-impact, end-to-end finance capabilities that support TriEdge’s growth.
Friya earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed CPA in New York.
